We are Better Direct, a leader in Value-Added Resell IT services, hardware, and software located in Tempe, AZ. We enjoy serving all 50 states and US Federal offices abroad. We are seeking a skilled and eager Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, CSS, and Python, possess excellent problem-solving skills and be willing to work well with a team. Pay is depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities-
- Collaborating with management and departments to identify the need to develop high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Participating in the design and architecture process, contributing ideas and solutions to technical challenges, and ensuring that software designs align with requirements.
- Writing and executing unit tests, conducting code reviews, debugging issues, and ensuring that software is robust and free from defects.
-Troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving existing software.
- Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of overall software development experience.
- Full-stack experience with JavaScript, CSS, and Python.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn how to use existing software tools.
- Desire to lead and collaborate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and logically determine solutions.
- Ability to understand and translate business data into technical designs.
- Experience with building and troubleshooting IT system hardware.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
